Tri-Valley Overwhelms West M, 55-6

Tri-Valley toppled West Muskingum, 55-6, to give the Dawgs a good start to their homecoming weekend. Four touchdowns in a span of 5 minutes and 19 seconds highlighted the Dawgs' dominance. Tri-Valley's defense didn't budge versus the Tornadoes, constantly giving the offense good field position for quick scoring drives. Andrew Newsom, Bryce Farmer, and Cody Collins combined for 5 rushing touchdowns while Quentin Gaiters took a halfback pass the other way for six points. Sophomore Chaye Lucas provided West's score, a 75-yd touchdown run in the 4th. Next up: Tri-Valley (5-1) looks to stay atop the MVL as they host John Glenn (1-5) while West Muskingum (1-5) hosts New Lexington (3-3).
