Heath Foils Lakewood's Comeback Attempt, Wins 52-43

Heath held off Lakewood’s fourth quarter surge to earn their 8th win of the season 52-43. The Bulldogs jumped on the Lancers early by taking advantage of turnovers and missed shots to build a 32-17 lead going into halftime. In the second half Lakewood tightened up their defense and outscored Heath 26-20 but the deficit proved to be to large for the Lancers to overcome. Heath sophomore Denton Jacob led the Bulldogs attack with 15 points while Lakewood’s Reece Dupler had a game-high 18.
