Upset Bid Falls Short For Philo, Sheridan Escapes 52-51

Despite being out of the MVL race Philo (11-8, 9-5 MVL) continues to try and shake up the league standings. Against first place Sheridan (13-4, 11-1 MVL), the Electrics led throughout, but a late 4th quarter run by the Generals erased the thoughts of an upset. Sheridan held on for the 52-51 win behind 17-of-19 shooting from the free throw line in the 4th quarter. Zak Sheridan and and Tyler Cassady each had 11 points for Philo in the loss.
