Philo Coasts to Senior Night Victory

Every Electric made their way onto the scorecard in a Senior Night blowout vs West Muskingum, 68-30. Philo's 8 Seniors were honored pre-game and didn't let any of the emotion affect their play as they jumped on the Tornadoes early. Philo led 28-10 at halftime and held a significant advantage in every quarter. While all 8 Seniors made an impact, it was Junior Layke Fletcher who led the team in scoring with 15. Seniors Tyler Cassady and Chase Hambel were the only others to reach double figures with 10 a piece. The Electrics finish the regular season at 11-5 in MVL play and 13-9 overall. They take on Lisbon Beaver in the district tournament Wednesday, February 26th at Ohio University-Eastern Campus.
