Lady Devils Best Lady Dawgs in Tournament Rematch, 2-0

It was a tournament rematch between two nearby teams that played one another to start the season. Tri-Valley handed Zanesville their first loss of the season at home, 5-2, but the Lady Devils ended up handing the Lady Dawgs their last loss, also at the Scotties' home, 2-0. Leanne Ulbrich netted the 1st goal 18 minutes in off a free kick and Callie Hansgen knocked the final goal 10 minutes into the 2nd half. Zanesville plays at Hilliard Bradley next in the tournament.

They opened the season against each other. Now one of them will end the other's season. It's tournament time and Zanesville and Tri-Valley girl's soccer are at it again Tuesday, Oct. 15. Winner advances to play Thursday, Oct. 17 at Hilliard Bradley. Loser goes home. It's all been building up to this!
