Hail Mary TD Stuns Aces, Hands Panthers victory

∙ Cameron Parmer’s game-winning, 39-yard scoring strike to Denali Harris came as time expired, sent Licking Valley past Granville 24-22.
∙ Parmer finished 10 of 17 for 171 yards with two touchdowns and added 73 yards and a score on the ground, while Harris had three receptions for 98 yards, including two on the final drive to cover the 80 yards.
∙ Blake Rine nearly willed the Blue Aces to the comeback win, leading the team to 20 straight points after trailing 12-0. He completed 7 of 12 passes for 167 yards with a TD and Keshawn Bonner had five receptions for 80 yards and added a 6-yard rushing score.
Turnovers Costly in Panthers’ Loss, 35-13

• Licking Valley committed five turnovers, proving to be its demise in their first loss of the season to Lima Central Catholic, 35-13.
• Cameron Parmer led the Panthers’ rushing attack with 83 yards on 16 carries, while Devin McConnell ran for a score and threw for another to account for Licking Valley’s offense.
• The Panthers' will look to bounce back in week 3 against LCL rival Granville.
Panthers Too Much For Watkins

• Cameron Parmer accounted for 214 total yards and three scores in Licking Valley’s 35-3 win over Watkins Memorial.
• Parmer completed 11 of 15 passes for 148 yards and one TD and ran for 66 yards and two TDs on 21 carries, while Bodee Creech had seven receptions for 132 yards and a score and Dylan Dodson totaled 50 yards on 10 carries in the win.
• Watkins was held to 48 total yards, including minus-6 on the ground, and went 0 of 10 on 3rd-down conversions by the Panther defense.
