Three weeks into the season and one thing is for sure; Pickerington North has faced arguably the toughest schedule of any team in the state. In week three, the Panthers faced their 2nd reigning state champion of the season in Brother Rice (Archbishop Moeller in Week 1). The defense anchored the black and purple, giving up just seven first-half points to the Division II Michigan State Champ. However, the offense couldn't muster enough offensively and the defense couldn't hold off the Warriors for long in the 2nd half. North scored early in the 4th before Brother Rice tacked on a quick TD to shut the door on the game. The Panthers (0-3) open OCC play in week four when they host Newark (0-3).
