In a season of wondering what could have been, Pickerington North fought their way to a 4-6 record in 2014. With season-ending injuries to the team's starting QB, RB, and multiple defensive starters, the Panthers showed character and grit, consistently putting themselves just a play away from a win in multiple games. With arguably the toughest non-conference schedule in Ohio, the Panthers had showcase games versus reigning state champions Archbishop Moeller and Brother Rice (MI). Freshman QB Jimmy Weirick led the team's offensive efforts with 1,118 passing yards, 627 rushing yards, and 15 total touchdowns. Senior DL and captain Kyle Beemiller (special mention AP All-Ohio) tallied 4.5 sacks and 15 tackles for loss to lead the defense.
