Edgell's Wild Buzzer Beater Lifts Raiders over Generals, 47-45

With 1.9 seconds left, Mason Edgell stole the inbounds pass near the 3-point line, drove and layed in the game-winning bucket to lead Morgan past Sheridan 47-45. Both teams struggled in the first half to convert shots but began finding a rhythm in the second half. The Generals (9-6, 7-4) led by 7 in the 3rd but the Raiders (14-2, 9-2) remained persistent and closed the gap over the coming few minutes. With every seat filled, student sections maxed out and bringing the energy, Edgell's game-winning bucket seemed a fitting ending to the wild game. The win keeps Morgan in a tie for 2nd in the MVL.
