New Albany Basketball 2015 DVD Trailer June 4, 2015 With a strong senior core leading the way, New Albany claimed the OCC-Capital title outright in a 21-4 season. Their 2nd 20+ win season in the last 3 years was due large in part to the Eagles' stellar 3-point percentage and domination inside the paint. Seniors Austin Schaub (Tiffin commit) and Alex Sparks (Case Western Reserve commit) both finished Top 10 in 3-point percentage in the Columbus area. Seniors John Miller (Army commit) and Chris London (Tiffin commit) were joined by Sophomore BJ Duling in imposing their will on opponents down low. The trio dominated the glass while London and Duling also put on the best dunk and block show in the area as they claimed impressive highlight after highlight. The Eagles fell to Tri-Valley 52-48 in the District Semifinals to bring their season to a close. Scotties Stun Eagles 52-48, Reach First Ever D-I District Final March 13, 2015 Tri-Valley (#16) earned its biggest tourney victory at the D-I level with a 52-48 upset of #6 New Albany. Down 10-0 just a few minutes into the game, Tri-Valley rallied quickly and were within 4 of the Eagles at the midway point. Camden Craig played the role of hero for the Dawgs. The senior drilled 4 triples in the 3rd to help build a 6-point lead. Once the Eagles took the lead back with just over a minute remaining in the game, it was Craig's and-1 with 14 seconds left that proved to be the game-winner. Tri-Valley advances to play Newark (#5) in the District Final on Saturday, March 14th at Ohio Dominican.

New Albany Repels Mifflin, Picks Up 64-50 Win March 2, 2015 In the Eagles' tournament opening 64-50 win vs Mifflin, it was junior Joey Rolwing who starred for New Albany with a career-high 19 points. A high-scoring first quarter saw the Punchers hang tough with New Albany, down just 19-17. The Punchers couldn't withstand New Albany's blows, though, as the Eagles flew past Mifflin behind Rolwing and sophomore BJ Duling's 16 points. #6 New Albany (20-3) advances to host #35 Hamilton Township Friday, March 6th in tournament play.

Sparks, Duling Ignite New Albany Comeback, Beat Olentangy 62-51 February 11, 2015 New Albany completed a 4th quarter comeback to beat Olentangy 62-51. The Eagles (15-3, 10-1) trailed the Braves (11-5, 8-3) by as much as 12 early on, but ran away with it in the 4th. Trailing by 7 at half, New Albany came out fast in the 3rd after a huge dunk by BJ Duling and tied it up heading into the 4th. Alex Sparks and Duling both had 16 points to lead the comeback for New Albany. The 4th was all New Albany as the Eagles outscored the Braves 15-4 in the frame to take the big OCC-Capital game. Olentangy senior Jimmy Gundling led all scorers with 19.
