Pickerington North Basketball 2015 DVD Trailer June 2, 2015 Under the leadership of first year head coach Jason Bates, Pickerington North finished with an 8-16 overall record, 4-10 in the ridiculously tough OCC-Ohio and earned a first round Division I State Playoff win at Logan. Key wins for this batch of Panthers include a season sweep of District Semifinalist Groveport-Madison and a win over District Finalist Tri-Valley courtesy of a buzzer-beater by the Panthers' junior standout Tyrell Carter. Seniors Zac Carlisle, Andrew Butt, Devin Davie and Bryce Montes showed a lot of fight and focus throughout the 2014-2015 season. While finishing under .500, Pick North improved vastly on a 3-win 2013-14 campaign and are certainly headed in the right direction. Coffman Holds Off Pick North 64-50, Advance In Tournament March 10, 2015 Coffman held off Pickerington North 64-50 to advance to the Division I Central District Semifinal. The No. 29 Panthers (8-16, 4-10) gave the No. 3 Rocks (22-1, 13-1) all they could handle for most of the game before Coffman pulled away in the fourth quarter. Evan Duncan and Luke Vargo combined for 31 to propel Coffman in the fourth. Panther senior Bryce Montes had a game-high 18.

Pickerington North Holds off Logan, 84-82 March 2, 2015 The Panthers beat a charging Logan squad, 84-82. The Panthers took control early leading 48-28 at halftime. Logan would not be embarassed at home, however, and started the 2nd half on fire to pull within 10 going into the fourth quarter. The Chieftains kept up the heat and with a missed free throw by Zach Montes, Logan got the rebound and a basket to force OT. The Panthers found their stride in OT to pull off the win. Tyrell Carter led Pickerington North with 22 points.

Newark Drops Pickerington North, 55-40 February 4, 2015 Newark held the upper hand all night in a 55-40 win over visiting Pickerington North. A sluggish start for both sides saw the 'Cats with a 10-2 lead over the Panthers after the 1st quarter. A 21-point 2nd quarter gave Newark enough momentum and lead to cruise the rest of the night. Sophomore Kobe Long-Weber led the 'Cats (12-4, 7-1) in the winning effort with a team-high 12 points. Pickerington North senior Bryce Montes had 12 for the Panthers (5-10, 2-6).
