West Muskingum Falls To Hiland In Tournament, 71-34

West Muskingum played in their first District Tournament game in a decade, but saw their postseason run come to an end at the hands of Hiland, 71-34. The Hawks will take on Tuscarawas Valley in a District Final next, and West M finishes the season with a 12-12 record.
West M Holds off Harrison Central, 57-56

West Muskingum advanced to the district tournament after holding off Harrison Central 57-56! Neither team led by more than five points the whole game, and it was the Tornadoes' efficiency at the foul line (18/25) that sealed the deal. Seniors Drew McKenzie, Drake Dodson, and Gunner Hazen combined for 40 points in the win. West M advances to face #2 Hiland in the district semifinals.
Sheridan Crashes West Muskingum's Senior Night with a 60-44 Win

It was Senior Night at West Muskingum and while seniors Gunner Hazen and Drew McKenzie had big nights, Stan Knox and the Generals had a bigger night. Knox's 21 points was key in helping Sheridan pull away from the Tornadoes in the 2nd half for the 60-44 win. Both teams now gear up for their respective tournaments. Sheridan battles Athens while the Tornadoes host Harrison Central.
West Muskingum Dominant In 69-54 Win Over Crooksville

West Muskingum improved to .500 in league play after blitzing Crooksville, 69-54. West M buried the Ceramics in 3's all night and had a dominant 3rd quarter where they outscored Crooksville 22-11 to secure the win.
